Elaine Davies welcomed me and was magnificent. Service was good. I question the Vallet service as the seats were not hoovered. There was a questionable mark left on the front of the vehicle which I accepted but question whether it was actually a paint imperfection

I received terrible service from the Worcester Mercedes-Benz service department a couple of months back, so when an error message appeared in my car, I was reluctant to book the repair work there and was considering taking my car to Cheltenham. However due to convenience, I booked my car in to have the error message looked at. The advisor who greeted me in the morning wasn’t as welcoming as I’d have hoped and his service standards were not up to the high standards that I imagine Mercedes-Benz want to uphold - which was no surprise given the poor service I have previously encountered. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Simon called me to let me know the work that had been carried out on my car. Simon was extremely polite, warm and friendly on the phone and nothing seemed too much bother when I checked if the work was covered by my approved used warranty. Because of this positive experience, I am going to use this dealership for my service next year on the condition that it is Simon I speak to. I hope his colleagues take note of how customers want to be and should be spoken to; it should not be left to one service advisor to restore faith in the brand.
