Car was picked up with 53% fuel and returned with 38% fuel for a 19 Mile each way trip driven for over an hour. Always had car serviced here since new and earlier in the year car wouldn’t start as battery in key died meant to change it at service! So asked this time and it was just left on seat in packaging after they said “oh yes we have already changed it”

I hadn’t used your dealership before and came to you as I had a recall issue…..had I been thoroughly happy with the service from you I would have returned to you on a regular basis. As it is I go to a private garage….my car being out of warranty….where I am treated in a friendly way and where I am made to be felt to be a valued customer. While the initial reception desk greeting was open and friendly I actually felt that I was not a customer to be valued …the work was carried out thoroughly and I find no fault with that but I’m afraid that at present I shall continue to travel to Birmingham for my services and MOTs…..it is actually far easier there to travel into town than it is from your garage ..and thus spend the day.
