Great service - I had to wait 9 months for the part to come in but that is not the fault of the dealer. However, once it arrived I was booked really swiftly and everything was fitted perfectly, I am very happy with the service department for the way this was handled - 5 stars!

I booked a service for my vehicle and was told that I would receive confirmation on the availability of a courtesy car. I heard nothing and had to ring back a couple of days later and sort it out myself.

It took many attempts to book a service online. There was a problem with the booking website. If I didn't need to get the car serviced I would have not bothered to keep trying

When service booked through the call centre two aspects were incorrectly notified to the Dealership - identified when car checked in - hence the 2 stars.When car checked in Brian at Lookers Worcester recovered the situation - much appreciated.
