Inconsistent quotes for the Service and MOT from two different people.

It was an emergency breakdown and I was looked after to my total satisfaction !

I wish my chosen dash board settings had been retained! It takes me ages to reset everything!

From my initial telephone enquiry with Matthew Heels through to the purchase of my car with him I found the service to be brilliant. Matthew has great communication skills, made sure I was up to speed with what was happening and within a week I was driving away in my new car. He made what is a major purchase and financial consideration go very smoothly and efficiently. I would go back to Matthew the next time I am upgrading my car as I know I can trust the service and that he would look after me. I am also loving my GLE and am now very firmly in the Mercedes Benz family!

Couldn’t be better

The support and attention to detail and the whole process offered by Simon is a credit to him and the company. He could not have been more accommodating and supportive whilst we were trying to choose a vehicle - the only reason we did not end up making a purchase with Simon was the car I was looking at was just missing a few of the deal breaker items for me i.e memory seats, auto adjust wing mirrors, to name a few. (the vehicle was an EQB).

Helpful and friendly contact with the collection and return to plan.

Excellent service. My only problem with MB dealers is the normally prohibitive labour costs. I have driven MB for about 30 years but am now a pensioner with limited income.
