From my initial telephone enquiry with Matthew Heels through to the purchase of my car with him I found the service to be brilliant. Matthew has great communication skills, made sure I was up to speed with what was happening and within a week I was driving away in my new car. He made what is a major purchase and financial consideration go very smoothly and efficiently. I would go back to Matthew the next time I am upgrading my car as I know I can trust the service and that he would look after me. I am also loving my GLE and am now very firmly in the Mercedes Benz family!

The support and attention to detail and the whole process offered by Simon is a credit to him and the company. He could not have been more accommodating and supportive whilst we were trying to choose a vehicle - the only reason we did not end up making a purchase with Simon was the car I was looking at was just missing a few of the deal breaker items for me i.e memory seats, auto adjust wing mirrors, to name a few. (the vehicle was an EQB).

Excellent service. My only problem with MB dealers is the normally prohibitive labour costs. I have driven MB for about 30 years but am now a pensioner with limited income.
