Communication was very good and helpful.The only thing that I would criticise would be that I wasn’t offered a new service plan as my original service plan was expiring. I had mentioned this when booking the vehicle in for the service.When I phoned to book the car in for a paint repair I had to ask Antonio to arrange it. So it was eventually arranged to my satisfaction.

However very disappointed to find that my extended warranty doesn’t cover intelligent light system and you expect me to pay over 1000 pounds for the complete head lamp.This is unacceptable, the intelligent light system has failed due to poor manufacturing parts, this isn’t my fault and should be covered under warranty. I have reported this to trading standards to see where I stand considering the huge sums of money I pay in warranty and service plansThanks
