The experience of choosing my next car was so enjoyable. When going into car shops, sales representatives can be quite overwhelming and pushy. However when shopping at Mercedes Worcester the experience was so lovely from looking at cars to purchasing the car.

Nick was great really helpful and not pushy.Test drive was great plenty of time to get a feel of the vehicle.Reason for not a full score is your refusal to service and MOT. Looking to spend that money other dealership would have agreed this, hence you lost a sale.
