Very good. Friendly, professional and efficient service, with no unwanted or unexpected surprises. I appreciated the very good facilities and desk area for me to work whilst I waited. The boiled sweets are a nice touch. The car clean could have been a little more thorough perhaps? VASTLY superior service by your dealership than the one where I bought the car (Mercedes Loughborough) which was and still is horrendous. Mercedes should be thanking Lookers for rescuing them from Inchcape in my perception of Mercedes brand.

I was very pleased with the courteous way I was treated - Bristol dealership could learn a lot from you - that is why I drove up from Bristol to get my guarantee work done.I am now enjoying my used SLC as I should be!

The collection communication was abysmal.I was told that collection would be notified 10mins before arrival between 8am& 11am.Nothing! I then rang the garage again and the car was duly collected at 11.45am with no prior call. The return was faultless.

Elaine Davies welcomed me and was magnificent.Service was good.I question the Vallet service as the seats were not hoovered.There was a questionable mark left on the front of the vehicle which I accepted but question whether it was actually a paint imperfection
