My car was booked in at 1.30pm, a recall, but due to the threat of Road closures I was an hour early at 12.30. The job was finished by 1.15pm, excellent

Good fast work and a clean car on collection

I had to wait 3 hours in the service waiting room. I was advised it could take up to 2.5 hours so decided to work. However the Wi-Fi was useless so I was unable to work. The actual work on the car only took around 60-90 minutes and the rest of the time I was waiting for the car to go through the washing process. I was told it had been forgotten and then it still took another 40 minutes for a very basic swill over. Not very impressed as the garage was very quiet.

To give customers a car when you are servicing the car, because mine took one week, and it's hard for a week without a car. Not yet drive the car yet, because it came yesterday thanks

Staff went above and beyond with customer service. Well worth a visit to showroom. Test drive desirable car just need right specification

Delighted with the way we were treated and the way the team responded to our request to service our car before 1.00 pm. We were surprised to see the video as this was the first time we had seen one. No complaints all is well.
