The experience would have been 5 stars, the only thing that let it down was the unavailability of a courtesy car. How far in advance should I book?

Matthew provided first class customer service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We have agreed to catch up in November for next steps pending more information on new Mercedes releases in 2023.

I needed a replacment spare key, staff were not really clear how to handle this problems -got sent around the depts and some staff were unclear what was needed and how anw and where. All staff were very polite and helpful- training needed only.

The main problem is they don't give you a car to use whilst your car is with them, it's painful not to have your car for a week and you're stuck at work, you can't do your shopping, I am not happy thanks
