Well it's our third car with you and to be fair the service you have given has been outstanding, one member of staff that truly goes out of his way to make sure we are happy is Ed Cheshire. He has over the last 6 years has been amazing, has all the time in the world to chat and discuss options and situations as the 2 salesman we have dealt with in the past have left. Our new appointed salesman Mike Harris has also stepped up to the mark and we have become the proud owners of a new C300 well before time. The 2 previous cars a CLA250 and E 350 coupe have instilled immense faith in the brand and we hope that our new one continues the trend. We don't pop in that often but when we do we leave with a massive smile and to say your hot chocolate drink is the best in the country. I truly hope that the relationship with your dealership at Worcester continues as they have a rough idea of what we want next, which as long as the world situation sorts itself out we'll be able to have..

I received support from both the dealer (Lookers Worcester) and customer services in dealing with a re-call notice from Mercedes UK. The re-call notice required more work than anticipated but the dealer provided a courtesy car and returned my vehicle to my home address when completed as I had tested +'ve with Covid.

Mike Langford managed the whole deal in a professional, courteous manner. He took interest in me and presented himself positively with a smile , which the whole experience satisfying. No pressure, at my pace. Thank you Mike. I would also like to mention Luke and Will who also provided support during my visits. Keep up the great customer service ethic.
