since purchasing my vehicle i neded to return as the stop start was not working. Will Knock sorted this out very qickly to my convenience. On the day al staf were extremely helpful and polite. The work was carried out quickly and my car was returned fuly working and washed. I subsequently neded asistance with the keyless locking and your employe sucesfuly talked me through how to reset it avoiding a further trip back to the dalership. thank you to al staf

I have been very pleased with my “B” Car Service on my Mercedes “C” Class C200 Reg: VX70 RWL, in Brilliant Blue Metallic Paintwork.The work was carried out to a very high professional standard, and also The Warranty Work on replacing The Driver’s Door Internal Rubber Trim Seal which I was impressed by as a Gesture of Goodwill by both Mercedes U.K. and Mercedes of Worcester.The Lady who explained to me the work which had been carried out, was most polite and courteous too, and was an Ambassador for Mercedes of Worcester who has encouraged me to return for forthcoming “A” + “B” Services, so I was most impressed with her dealings with me.Kind regards,Michael C. I travel from Bristol when visiting Mercedes Benz of Worcester. When I book my service I always have to call the day before to check that the booking is still OK. It would be very helpful if they sent a confirmation email before the service so that I knew everything was still OK with the booking before travelling for 1.5 hours from Bristol.
