Not sure which visit this refers. I had a service then MoT a couple of weeks after. Only comment is that I specifically asked when car was serviced if the right front tire needed changing because the front left needed changing due to damage. I was assured it had plenty of life in it. Why then did it come up as an advisory on the MoT? Could have had it all sorted in one visit but now need to find more time. Bit irritating.

Overall, it was a good experience. To make it perfect, you could do the following things: 1. Test your online booking system - it repeatedly fell over. I had to resort to booking over the phone. 2. Do servicing on a Saturday - I had to take a day off work. 3. Offer a courtesy car or local driver - I had to wait for a couple of hours at the dealership.
