Kindly and efficient service staff who take care of their customers

Spending £425 on a service and driving away the ad blue light comes on is a bit of a joke

Overall, it was a good experience.To make it perfect, you could do the following things:1. Test your online booking system - it repeatedly fell over. I had to resort to booking over the phone.2. Do servicing on a Saturday - I had to take a day off work.3. Offer a courtesy car or local driver - I had to wait for a couple of hours at the dealership.
