My air con system was not working and I was asked to bring my vehicle into the dealership for examination. I did request that my vehicle be picked up from my home address but was told this would incur additional charges, despite being on a service plan. I was told by Ryan at Worcester Mercedes this was not the case and my vehicle should have been collected.Please ensure that from a customer service perpective your booking teams are aware of your services that are free with a new vehicle under warranty and that customers are not given incorrect adviceMy vehicle is booked in for repair and will be be picked up from my home address.Thanks….. I picked up a courtesy car which was not clean. I would expect the vehicle to be cleaned before a customer used it.

Booking reminder text before the day of the appointment would have been helpfulAs soon as I made the booking I received a confirmation e-mail - perfect - but then I received a phone call from your call centre also confirming the booking - this was unnecessaryWas only in for MOT but cleaned the car as well so overall very happy
