Overall, it was a good experience.To make it perfect, you could do the following things:1. Test your online booking system - it repeatedly fell over. I had to resort to booking over the phone.2. Do servicing on a Saturday - I had to take a day off work.3. Offer a courtesy car or local driver - I had to wait for a couple of hours at the dealership.

Communication with Simon direct goodHowever when bringing car in and collecting I would have preferred to see member of team to discuss although there were no issues with carHowever did not feel valued walking in and took time to find my paperwork - started to discuss a recall that was not the recall I had expected and then realised it was software updateVery quick discussion when collected vehicle and paidDisappointed with courtesy extended here and may well return to Solihull Service as staff always more attentiveHad to find my own car outside no big deal but altogether disappointing

My air con system was not working and I was asked to bring my vehicle into the dealership for examination. I did request that my vehicle be picked up from my home address but was told this would incur additional charges, despite being on a service plan. I was told by Ryan at Worcester Mercedes this was not the case and my vehicle should have been collected.Please ensure that from a customer service perpective your booking teams are aware of your services that are free with a new vehicle under warranty and that customers are not given incorrect adviceMy vehicle is booked in for repair and will be be picked up from my home address.Thanks….. Mike

I picked up a courtesy car which was not clean. I would expect the vehicle to be cleaned before a customer used it.
