Booking reminder text before the day of the appointment would have been helpfulAs soon as I made the booking I received a confirmation e-mail - perfect - but then I received a phone call from your call centre also confirming the booking - this was unnecessaryWas only in for MOT but cleaned the car as well so overall very happy

Excellent service from initial enquiry to delivery of the car. James was really helpful and kept in touch throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Car was delivered and driver was friendly and extremely helpful explaining settings on car etc. Would definitely recommend to family and friends
