Excellent team, lovely lady on service reception and great people in service.

When booking I was advised that I could have a lift in the town centre.This was not the case so I had to pay £20 for taxis. I could have arranged my own transport had I known this.It was very difficult to get through on the 'phone to get a progress report.The staff were friendly and informative and the work appears to have been carried out well.

Having booked the annual service and MOT, I became irritated at the number of emails received beyond the booking date when I was being reminded that my car was due for a service and MOT. I even received an email reminder the day after completion of the work.With regard to the video inspection report received, it was a was a waste of time as I could not understand a word of the message that the technician was trying to convey.
