Initial enquiry was very poor first person that took our phone number was retiring hence passed on to another salesman which we came in we spent approximately 1hr with him which by then we were no further forward we walked out and rang the sales manager and explained i was dissatisfied and i was going elsewhere he then put me in touch with another salesman which I ordered the car 2 weeks later he left and a salesman named James took up the reins what a guy we were kept informed all along the way as to when it was coming in also not forgetting Ed who was doing a lot of work in the background which made collecting the car a wonderful experience so well done to James and Ed
