everything fine and as expected. I slightly bewail the death of the chauffeur service to/from Worcester railway stations (a casualty of covid, I think), but the 35 bus plus a blackberry-rich walk is no hardship in reasonable weather.

We were greeted as known customers and served immediately. Were informed of what was going to happen and kept informed of progress. When the service was completed we were informed immediately and told where our car would be. Everyone was polite and welcoming.
