The handover of my new vehicle was conducted in a friendly, relaxed, informative and professional manner. All and any concerns that I may have had with regards to administrative procedures, the provision of vehicle information and assistance with the various apps such as Apple Play and Mercedes me were answered and dealt with promptly and professionally.

Excellent Mike the salesman was top notch. With how he treated me and how he explained things being dyslexic it’s hard sometimes to understand thing but Mike was rope man and would explain it again if I didn’t understand things .
