Whilst initially disappointed with the over the phone advice given pre service I felt slightly misled however after a conversation on site with Ryan from the service team my concerns were discussed and I was extremely satisfied with the explanation, information and support offered by Ryan, thank you.

Everything was excellent and man that collected and returned our car was first class..

General communication good with regards the collection of my car after it had broken down and then had to be recovered from the motorway. However, I waited while my car was washed once arriving at the garage which while a small point it would have been nice to had this done considering I was a day later to collect the car from when the garage rang to let me know it was ready.

Just to say how happy my wife and I were with Haim Cohen warm welcome very helpful and told him that if in a few years we wish to upgrade we know where to come

I was dealt with amazingly, I had a problem with my window, and the technician found it quite quickly and said he would order parts and it would be done free of charge under warranty, very impressed with the overall service of everyone.And to put the topper on it, they gave my beautiful Mercedes wash and vac .Highly recommend this dealership.
