Absolutely exceptional service from Will Nock, he’s extremely helpful and polite. I am purchasing a different car and it only came down to liking that more. The service here is unparalleled and Will is a credit to the team.

The video highlighted scratched under the front near side bumper - they looked fresh and I personally believe them not be be there before the service. I spoke to the service dept. who said no incident had been reported by the team. I have to accept their representation.

I am hoping this visit has cleared a longstanding intermittent electrical fault - fingers crossed.I don't grant permission to use or share this response anywhere except your servicing team and I don't like to have no choice but to tick the box below - as a result I wont participate in feedback in future. Shame as I am now on my 5th Mercedes and plan on my next car being a mercedes as well Your recovery team were brilliant as well when I broke down
