From the moment we arrived we were really well looked after. We came with children in tow and they were given biscuits and made welcome by the lady on the front desk.Our interaction with John was great. He offered a test drive and just really understood what we were looking for.

everything fine and as expected. I slightly bewail the death of the chauffeur service to/from Worcester railway stations (a casualty of covid, I think), but the 35 bus plus a blackberry-rich walk is no hardship in reasonable weather.
