Following its first service I unlocked the car to get in and shut the door.. On starting the car could not ‘find’ the car and the alarm went off and I had to unlock the car again .This has never occurred before.

Service Staff seem too remote and unable to communicate to customers. Generally seem to be not as pleasant as in previous years. Have been a customer for about 12years and the difference in attitude has quite noticeably changed over that time and not for the better.Better customer awareness is required as is the need to make a customer feel "special" regardless of their type or cost of vehicle. Mercedes staff here need to up their game if we are to purchase another car.

My vehicle is under extended warranty and as it so happens the issue/fault with my vehicle was covered by warranty. As soon as this was established the service was outstanding and faultless however, it would be better service IMHO if this were checked before calling me me to inform me of the cost of the repair.
