The Salesman i had the pleasure with was Keith Thompson in Worcester Branch.He wasn't pushy, which i found refreshing as i am also in sales.i had planned to visit another Mercedes dealership but decided that i couldn't better the level of service i received from Keith and decided to buy from him.Top guy 5 *****keep it up

Generally a very good experience and Will was certainly knowledgeable, easy to engage with and very helpful. One point when Will was OTO it was hard to find the right contact to check payment had been received and I ended up having to phone Stourbridge myself.
