I knew what I wanted and James was able to hunt down the exact model. I was surprised that the test drive vehicle had a flat battery and the alternative had not had its pre sale check so I had to go back for a test drive. However this is the time of Covid 1c9 but even so I should have thought someone would have tested the vehicles. It takes a long time to have the paperwork processed so I was there a long time on both occasions a) to place the order and b) to collect the vehicle so if there is a way to do this in a more timely manner I would be pleased. Itsnmot so important for a retired client but when I was working I would have found this irritating to have to sit there for so long. The sales man, James was very friendly and accommodating and he was helpful on the handover in setting up a lot of the on board IT.

Very good service overall. However we were advised that our car would be ready for collection around lunchtime and it wasn't actually ready until 3.30pm, resulting in us have to make alternative arrangements to collect our disabled daughter from her day placement. All ended ok and she was delighted with the tin of sweets left in the car !!
