Internal service team really helpful, work carried out on time and good clear instruction of the work that's been done, my only small issue is that I have been used to having the car collected so I can be in the office, however I do appreciate that since COVID precautions are required, I still look forward to the day we can get back to normal

Despite Covid 19 restrictions, all went well with the service and MOT and the problems I mentioned were dealt with. The wait was not as long as I had expected.

I knew what I wanted and James was able to hunt down the exact model. I was surprised that the test drive vehicle had a flat battery and the alternative had not had its pre sale check so I had to go back for a test drive. However this is the time of Covid 1c9 but even so I should have thought someone would have tested the vehicles. It takes a long time to have the paperwork processed so I was there a long time on both occasions a) to place the order and b) to collect the vehicle so if there is a way to do this in a more timely manner I would be pleased. Itsnmot so important for a retired client but when I was working I would have found this irritating to have to sit there for so long. The sales man, James was very friendly and accommodating and he was helpful on the handover in setting up a lot of the on board IT.
