Upon arrival at Worcester it became clear that my car had been incorrectly booked in on a leave the vehicle and return basis. This was not what I had specified during my phone call to Lookers as it was purely to update the power steering software which I was told would only take an hour so I would therefore wait. The lady on service reception was very efficient and dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently, I was happy to wait and I left just over an hour later,
