We called in, on a Sunday, to ask a question regarding a new car we purchased elsewhere. The sales guy on duty, ?Simon? discussed the issue with us and promised to check if Mercedes were going I provide a fix and get back to us, which he did. Great service.

Only use Lookers for service and MOT. Reception staff always polite and helpful. The service guys take the time to explain comments made on my car prepared reports and the video supplied of the exam of my car is something that all garages should do. They even clean and vac the car. Highly recommend Lookers.
