The Service Team were well prepared for the maintenance task and for providing me with the pre-booked loan car. The work was done swiftly, and the car cleaned ready for collection later the same day. Whist picking my car up from having an MOT Emily who I hadn't seen for approx 2years ,came out from the back office and chattered to me about her baby etc .I felt like I was known and valued,what a lovely lady a great asset to your dealership at worcester
