Very organised and efficient. Easy to book the appointment and all prepared for when I arrived. I waited while the update was done and the waiting area is very good. I actually work better here than at home!! Lovely showroom and the refreshments are appreciated. Enjoy watching the video too when it comes through to my mobile. Great overall experience.
