friendly contact gave all the info I required and arranged test drive, only fault was poor part exchange value

I'll not respond to this enquiry for the following reason.The service from your staff was exemplary, very attentive at reception, service reception and your technician, couldn't be faulted.However after several visits to your Worcester outlet I find that the two Disabled Spaces are taken up with either cars for collection or cars from the valeting bay.This isn't acceptable and could easily be remedied with a either instructions to staff, or a can of paint.

Lucy worked hard to get the deal I needed, sadly, the high level of negative equity in a 2 year old GLC300 AMG was too high to make the numbers work. This is the first time in a decade that I have looked to change cars after two years to find this factor stopping me. Not the best position and totally disillusioned with Mercedes.

I was in your showroom looking to negotiate on buying a used Mercedes EQC. The salesman lacked knowledge on the product and had to keep going away to get answers. I was introduced to Raj the sales manager I offered the opportunity for them to sell me the car and what the best deal till they could offer to have the salesman return from speaking to Raj to tell me that actually there was no deal and he just put the price of the car by £190 because he priced it wrong but then offered me £150 off I walked out of the showroom disgusted by the way that I was treated you should sack the sales manager. It’s the most reversed psychology example that failed that I’ve ever seen and four weeks on the car is still for sale you could’ve sold it there and then if you were prepared to do a deal and you did not.
