Excellent service and friendly staff

Great service as usual from the team at Lookers Mercedes-Benz Worcester.

Good communication throughout the process and the pick up/drop off service was a great help. I also got a lovely surprise when I realise my car had been cleaned inside and out.

Really professional.

MB Breakdown and recovery were shocking. I was given conflicting advice and then let down. I called Elaine and Worcester MB service team. She told me what to do. I got the car into the service department and then Elaine went into action sorting out tyre orders and the courtesy car via Europcar. Then, when Europcar let me down, she swung into action again to help me with that. I ended up being in the show room for over 2 hours. Elaine even offered me some snacks from her snack draw becasue I had missed breakfast! Elaine is an abolsute star - employee of the month! Service like that is why I am happy to be a Lookers MB customer and when I finally have to replace my current E Class it will be for another car from the team at Worcester. Please can you ensure this feedback is passed to the Worcester management team and to Elaine.
