Simon, who normally looks after us, was first rate, as usual., the car was ready on time, valeted, and looking good. The engineer found a problem, but this is being rectified, with the majority of the cost be covered by Mercedes warranty, A big benefit, is knowing the car has been inspected by a trained engineer, and the report was good.

My car had an issue with speed control , brought in to check and put right, unfortunately no fault was found. Within two days experience same fault. So brought in again and left the car for 4days , and finally collected it on the 5th day The car now seems okay . At all times the staff where polite and helpful

Good communication and service. Cleaning of interior not so good. Expensive for two year old vehicle where maintenance is minimal. 27000 miles on clock.
