I made a mistake with my timing and arrived at 10:00 for the work to be completed whereas the pre-booked time was 15:00. It was entirely my fault but I was told that every effort would be made to complete the work as soon as possible which is what happened. the staff were polite and very accommodating

Simon was very welcoming and helpful. I was with my husband and kids, he made us all very comfortable. He gave lots of information about the running of the car, helped pair the phone with car, and explained he could answer any questions in the future.
