When you buy a Mercedes you expect excellence and that’s exactly what I got ! From the beginning my experience with Simon was outstanding and I could not recommend him highly enough! From the moment I stepped through the door and was greeted by a kind smiley receptionist. From the moment I met Simon he put me first, he answered all my questions- big or small and nothing was too much to ask. Despite being let down by valeting Simon kept me upto date and even did a hand over after hours as I couldn’t get away from work! He is the definition of Mercedes and a real asset to the brand.

Simon was an excellent salesman. He was attentive provided a individualised video and was always prompt in response and gave a full history of the car. To be honest one of the best experiences i have had when considering a car and I have saved his number and will go back to him when we are ready to purchase.
