Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable team, The service advisor Ryan Henley who repaired my car kept me posted throughout,. The quality of service provided was fantastic. I dropped my GL500 while it was on Limp mode and now after the repair driving is so smooth. Many thanks Ryan and the team.

On time, work done was thorough and I was fully informed throughout. The inspection video is helpful. Unexpected work involved in suspension repairs but all work completed within the same day as promised. This is important to me hence 5*rating, and is why I’m prepared to pay a little more. Good quality of work and parts. A bit expensive but Mercedes’s are always expensive cars to keep on the road. You get what you pay for, I believe.
