Excellent check in at reception on arrival by Elaine Davies. All requirements discussed and understood. Received walk around video during the morning with good commentary by technician, Ryan. I was also contacted ref renewal of front wiper blades and agreed. Vehicle was valeted prior to pick up. An all round pleasant experience throughout.

Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable team, The service advisor Ryan Henley who repaired my car kept me posted throughout,. The quality of service provided was fantastic. I dropped my GL500 while it was on Limp mode and now after the repair driving is so smooth. Many thanks Ryan and the team.
