In the past there have been magazines to read - and even paper copies of brochures about your new cars. That would have helped with the waiting time.Elaine was particularly helpful at keeping me informed.

Raised an enquiry with a young sounding girl at worcester but sadly never heard back from her, which resulted in us approaching stourbridge instead. We later heard back from Worcester over a week later inviting us to an event where I was passed onto Simon. Simon at Worcester was very helpful answering all questions and very responsive over the weekend long event. He was then understanding when we decided to continue on with Stoubridge in the end. I just wish Worcester had followed up on our initial enquiry first time and gotten to that bottomline figure quicker as this resulted in us going with stourbridge as they provided the best figure first.

5 star service, very detailed and communicative. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was told I could pick my car on Saturday, however the service department apparently closes at 1PM on Saturdays and I was not made aware of it so I couldn't pick up my car in time.

Elaine at service reception was very helpful and thorough with explaining what has been done etc. Simon explained what causes the particular tyre wear, organised new tyres and surprisingly at lower cost than online shops. Excellent experience 👍
