When you buy a Mercedes you expect excellence and that’s exactly what I got ! From the beginning my experience with Simon was outstanding and I could not recommend him highly enough! From the moment I stepped through the door and was greeted by a kind smiley receptionist.From the moment I met Simon he put me first, he answered all my questions- big or small and nothing was too much to ask.Despite being let down by valeting Simon kept me upto date and even did a hand over after hours as I couldn’t get away from work!He is the definition of Mercedes and a real asset to the brand.
