Hi Antonio,We spoke on Tuesday 25th November at 17:19 regarding the issues with my account and the incorrect paperwork. As mentioned on the call, the documentation you sent out had the wrong door number, which led to a data breach, a stranger on my road opened and read the letter, which contained all of my personal and vehicle information. This is obviously quite serious and has caused me genuine concern.We also discussed that the service plan was meant to be delayed by one month, but this was not actioned and I was still charged.During our conversation, you kindly apologised for these errors and mentioned arranging an AMG courtesy car as a gesture of goodwill. Initially we discussed a weekend; however, due to the severity of the breach and the inconvenience caused, I requested the AMG courtesy car from 19th December to 4th January 2026. You said you would look into this and get back to me, but I haven’t heard anything yet, so I’m following up.Please let me know the progress on both the courtesy car arrangement and the corrections to my account.

Communication! After the initial inquiry I was promised a call back the same day, two days later I was finally contacted, after a further discussion I was again promised a call back, two days later guess what, nothing!

I have dealt with many different dealer brands over the years but this is almost certainly one of the worst. At no point did you give my part exchange any proper consideration re its value other than asking its age and current mileage.... why did you not ask to see my vehicle or at least pictures of it to realise its true value....or enquire as to the specification?

Called on Tuesday and had a great chat with John, placed a deposit with a view to driving 100 miles to collect the car on Friday, three days later.Arrived on Friday and it was immediately clear that there had been a very poor repair carried out on one of the wings, with “orange peel” paintwork, lifted lacquer around the edges of the panel, and lumps of dirt cause in the paint.The advert claimed that a multi-point inspection had been carried out, which was clearly not correct. The dealership knew that we had traveled a long way. This is not the level of service that we expected from any dealership, let alone Mercedes Benz.Upon expressing our disappointment we were told that it was a used car - not even an apology!

I enquired about a car and they said on the phone they would call me back that day. They never called so i called back and he had no update for me so he would call on friday. I waited on friday for the call. But no call ever came. I went somewhere else in the end for my car and they eventually called me over a week later saying the car had sold.
