Polite, professional staff, did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. Cleaned my car as well, which was a nice surprise. My first experience with Mercedes (related to a mandatory airbag recall), cannot fault the service. Thank you.

Simon was an excellent salesman. He was attentive provided a individualised video and was always prompt in response and gave a full history of the car. To be honest one of the best experiences i have had when considering a car and I have saved his number and will go back to him when we are ready to purchase.
