Whereas I was only expecting a diagnosis of the issue in question, the problem was both identified and fixed. However the lack of a progress update during the time stops me giving this a five start rating

Another good experience of Worcester Mercedes, car collected from my home and on time ,, very professional driver courteous and friendly. Car went into the workshop and work carried out under my extended used approved warranty, I was kept updated on progress by Jamie who was excellent on explaining what was required. Car repaired and delivered back to my home by same original driver. Great service.
