Although booked in for recall issues the parts weren't there on the Monday ..which means I didn't receive my car back until Tuesday afternoon. I would have expected parts to be there and if not required sent back . However I was grateful of the feedback regards work suggested and pleasantly surprised to find my car had been cleaned ...I wasn't expecting that

I was generally pleased with the experience that I had but I felt it took a lot of questioning to be satisfied with a concern I had about my car. I was also a little surprised that there seemed to be less interest in replacing a component on my car to address the issue even though I would have been willing to pay for it and I felt replacing the part was probably reasonable considering the milage on the car.
