My alarm was going off often in the night disturbing my sleep but also my neighbours! When I finally got to speak to the service department they explained how busy they were but to drop my car off and they’d try to have a look that day. They phoned later with the problem and a quote, had all the parts so completed the job the same day. Friendly and efficient staff, on the service reception and the phone.

Friendly fast service

Work was completed sucessfully and in a good timescale. Car was washed afterwards

Everything went really great. Only thing I would suggest is to have more curtesy cars, as this time I wasn’t able to have one and I needed to book my car serviced almost 1 month in advance to have a curtesy car.
