Further to our recent discussions and my previous complaint, I am writing to formally confirm that i am no longer interested in keeping the vehicle purchased from Lookers Mercedes-Benz Worcester on 28 October 2025.The discovery that the vehicle was sold to me without a valid MOT through the police has caused serious concern and completely undermined my confidence in your dealership. In light of this, I have informed the finance company of the situation and have requested that the finance agreement be cancelled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Section 75).Please treat this as my formal rejection of the vehicle and arrange to confirm next steps regarding its return or collection. I had the approval for 13% apr but the agent insisted that they could get an approval from their side for 11%. Unfortunately that got rejected and due to the delay my 13% preapproved loan offer expired.

Appointment time was not kept and passed between people. Financial solutions were not negotiated, told to just hand my Lexus back and voluntarily end contract,then come back. Went to Motorpont the next day, offered better trade in price and terms, picking up new Mercedes tomorrow

You asked me to contact you regarding my experience with your branch.I was led to believe, before coming in, that a deal could be reached with Lexus re my current trade in and this did not happen.My trade in price came in lower than autotrader.My appointment time was interrupted, I was moved between people, I know because something else came up, but this didn't lead to a positive experience.I have had a call with Motorpoint this morning and am negotiating a deal for a 24 plate A series for 22K and they are trying to get me the best trade in price and seem like they want my business, which wasn't my experience with Mercedes direct.
