I was pleased that you fitted me in and was ok with the five hour wait, sadly I have a scratch on the drivers door that was not present before going into your workshop. I do not understand why my radio was re-tuned to a religious station and feel someone’s joke could have caused a great deal of offence to someone less tolerant.

Popped in to buy some oil unannounced - the team offered to put the oil in for me did so free of charge. That’s why my next car will be a Meecedes and bought from Mercedes Worcester

Everything got completed on time. Got to test drive an EQE and EQS while my car was being serviced. Had to return, without an appointment, to get my MOT completed and it was carried out while I waited with a cup of coffee.

Service on the day was good. Vehicle cleaning could be improved from just superficial external wash and internal vacuum (i.e. properly cleaning the door and boot sills etc.). I also requested a quote for some follow on work which I am still yet to receive

Good communication, got video report, quoted for tyres and agreed replacement. Car then returned as and when agreed, so I've renewed my Service Plan for another 3 years.
