Great staff at Blackpole Worc, all friendly professional and knowledgeable . Even with rude men shouting at them they keep their cool and are polite, sadly i saw this on my visit this week.

It was exactly what I expected, Test drive A Class was good, but car was too small compared with E Class I currently Drive, The Sales Looked at other options I did not consider wit GLA and GLB and C CLass. I did like C Class but I was very disappointed at the ridiculously low Part Exchange value of my E Class which is still in very good condition with full service History. Made me reconsider why on earth would I want to exchange. Might as well keep driving what I got.

Very attentive and a god level of service but I didn’t feel that the valuation on my car was genuine, felt a little ballpark only.I was happy with the test drive and overall experience.

We very much appreciated John Ayres collecting us from the station and driving us to the showroom. The car was presented in the showroom below a black cover and revealed slowly by John Ayres, this created excitement and total concentration upon the car when revealed. The car was immaculately presented and looked like a brand new car. John Ayres explained the cars driver operated controls and features in an easily understandable manner.
