The visit was a while you wait one.I was kept waiting for four hours with no updates, even though I did enquire.Feeling a bit miffed I asked more senior members of staff who addressed the issue.The car had to be(thankfully)collected some days later and returned.I paid £45000 for it last January and this is its second time back for attention.The car was sold to me with 9665 on the clock but when collected it was 10758.Generally speaking the Staff are very nice and helpful, but when customers return with issues they should be welcomed as if they are about to buy another car.

On the day the experience was faultless - staff very kind, helpful and informative. However prior to the appointment I never received confirmation of my booking via text or email and had to call to make sure the car was booked in.

I was pleased that you fitted me in and was ok with the five hour wait, sadly I have a scratch on the drivers door that was not present before going into your workshop.I do not understand why my radio was re-tuned to a religious station and feel someone’s joke could have caused a great deal of offence to someone less tolerant.

Popped in to buy some oil unannounced - the team offered to put the oil in for me did so free of charge. That’s why my next car will be a Meecedes and bought from Mercedes Worcester
