The service work was carried out ahead of my actual appointment time, allowing me to leave ahead of the original 2hours estimate.The people were helpful and the video of the actual service was informative.

Prompt efficient professional service

The visit was a while you wait one.I was kept waiting for four hours with no updates, even though I did enquire.Feeling a bit miffed I asked more senior members of staff who addressed the issue.The car had to be(thankfully)collected some days later and returned.I paid £45000 for it last January and this is its second time back for attention.The car was sold to me with 9665 on the clock but when collected it was 10758.Generally speaking the Staff are very nice and helpful, but when customers return with issues they should be welcomed as if they are about to buy another car.
