Everything got completed on time.Got to test drive an EQE and EQS while my car was being serviced.Had to return, without an appointment, to get my MOT completed and it was carried out while I waited with a cup of coffee.

Service on the day was good. Vehicle cleaning could be improved from just superficial external wash and internal vacuum (i.e. properly cleaning the door and boot sills etc.). I also requested a quote for some follow on work which I am still yet to receive

Good communication, got video report, quoted for tyres and agreed replacement. Car then returned as and when agreed, so I've renewed my Service Plan for another 3 years.
