Please make sure you use the correct name on all communications and give correct timescales when booking a recall. We booked a service and told there was a recall which could all be done on the same day, then told the recall was a 2 day job, but when we booked the recall again we’re told again it was a one day job. Luckily we had anticipated this when booking otherwise this would have been a waste of time

Our sales person Simon Archer was very friendly and professional keeping us informed all the way through the process of buying our SLC 300 and changing our private plates over. This is our fifth car from this Mercedes dealership and have had fantastic service every time, Worcester Lookers does all my servicing.

In this instance i think someone perhaps a bit more senior should have at least dealt with my part exchange, nothing wrong with stewart who dealt with..me.. I would have liked to have done a deal with Worcester ,perhaps next time..

The first time I used the vehicle after the recall, I had a warning message appear so have had to rebook the car in for investigation unfortunately. On returning to the dealer I was informed that the issue with my vehicle would not be in any way related to the recall work and I would need to pay for any further investigation/work. The warning message according to my user manual relates to sensors in the car bumper and grill and had not appeared prior to the recall. Hardly great customer care!

Was told a few scratches and chips would be buffed out but they weren’t and the interior wasn’t very clean. The sale was made easy.
