I have initiated a preliminary search as my car is coming to the end of the lease contract.My intention is to change the car closer to the end date of the vehicle.

Service completed on time. Vehicle washed and cleaned inside and out. Just on this occasion not offered any refreshments though they were available. Front desk service reception seemed stretched, but no fault of the young lady who seemed to be on her own. This might explain why I was given the wrong paperwork for the service record which referred to a completely different vehicle. When I returned the following day this was corrected but as before only one lady, the same one, was dealing directly with customers. It wasn’t her fault and I felt that her line manager should have fronted up the apology.

Stewart was professional, attention to my detailed requirements was second to none. His time and overall knowledge left me in no doubt that he had my trust when I am financially ready to commit to buying another Mercedes Bentley. This was an explority visit due to my financial circumstances and I will be back at a later date under my own steam.
