Just to report that my steering wheel is stained from dirty or wet hands while at your care! I now need to find products to try to clean it and remove the stained area from the suede part of the steering wheel.

Generally very satisfied with my experience with Lookers. My only concern was that 10 litre was Blue Tech was added as per service plan and understand the reservoir holds in excess of 20 litres. Question: How full is the reservoir and should I have been given the opportunity for the reservoir to be filled completely?

There does seem to be a missing link in your admin, as I started to receive email prompts to book the service after it was already booked. Of course these were easily ignored, but it leaves the impression of a left hand/right hand syndrome!

Very pleased that my recalls on my ML were dealt with. Also very pleased with the video concerning condition. However the sound and clarity of voice was poor therefore I had to phone through the two days later for more details. A written report was sent to me and confirmation that recalls ( by email) had been done, this was unavailable when I picked up the car.

Experience was generally good, but initial impressions were a bit underwhelming. The receptionist couldn’t find a record of my appointment and proceeded to introduce me to someone from sales, despite my initial explanation that my car had been booked in. On collecting my car, there was a different receptionist who was rather preoccupied with eating a bag of crisps. Obviously not a hanging offence, but the look is not a particularly professional one, especially for a premium brand dealer. But the good aspects remain - the service staff (Ryan) kept me well up to date and treated me very well, in a way that would encourage a customer to return. I usually take my car to Inchcape’s AMG dealer in Coventry (I live in Droitwich) as it’s the only one I’ve been able to trust. Being candid, turning to your dealership was not my first choice, but given this experience, it could well be in the future.

I was really impressed with the overall experience. However, going above and beyond my expectations was the little extra placed inside the car was the 1ltr bottle of screen wash and the tin of sweets.

It is not Lookers fault but i did not like the way Mercedes are now selling their cars i.e you will get it when it suits us and at a price that suits us as and when we tell you that you can have a car,sorry but that is not the way to treat customers so i have gone else where for my new car.
