The communication process for move in dates and aspects of the rental is not clearly done. There were many emails and phone calls to understand what was needed for this building. the contract and documents are all generic so missing the details needed for this building

The apartment was vey clean. Whom ever you use to do the final cleaning did an excellent job. The office staff made it go very smoothly. Thank you!

I really appreciated the friendly professionalism from Mercer. Each representative of the company conveyed the a refreshing sense of respect for us as tenants. I also am grateful that all the maintenance requests were taken seriously and handled appropriately.
