There were some things that were not given to us such as the codes for the trash and recycling, we were not informed that we couldn’t keep plants or our small table and chairs on the balcony in front of our unit. The conditions upon move and were very dirty, and all of the faucets are calcified with slow water flow.

Property is clean, quiet, and all the neighbors are respectful! I can’t even hear people between the walls. All my service requests have come in extremely quickly and professionally. Sometimes the dryer and washer stops working but the landlord is always really good about working on getting them fixed ASAP and refunding your money if the machines ate your coins, which I really appreciate.

I’ve rented with Mercer for about 2 years now and I have to say, I feel really lucky to have found my place with you guy. Always fast turn around on work tickets, consistent lawn & bug maintenance (once we worked out the locked fence issue), my front neighbors sharing the property are great. I would recommend Mercer and would seek other rentals from Mercer if I was on the hunt.

Great, Fast, and Friendly

The communication process for move in dates and aspects of the rental is not clearly done. There were many emails and phone calls to understand what was needed for this building. the contract and documents are all generic so missing the details needed for this building
