The maintenance team always does an excellent job addressing our requests in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with their service

They guys that came for the maintenance issue were on time and completed the job fast

House needed some minor cleaning and work done when we first moved in. However, Hugo and the cleaning lady were amazing. They were quick and efficient. Also the other vendors that supported with mold, hot water issue, & dryer has been very nice and quick as well.

Need lid for trash can ! Too many flys. Every thing else is great!

I've had a great experience with Mercer however I do wish at some point our rent wouldn't keep increasing each year. Maybe an incentive for being at the same rental for almost 5 years now.

Touring, paperwork, and move in were quick and easy. Mercer designs the process to be almost entirely hands off, which worked with my busy schedule. The only thing I would say is that the property had a few small issues or repairs (i.e. loose screens, broken curtain rods, etc.) that didn't warrant a maintenance request, but would have been nice to have taken care of prior to move in; however any larger issues were/have been addressed right away by the property manager. The apartment itself is beautiful, neighbors have been kind and welcoming.
