I informed Mercer of leaking between the garage and patio roof. David the handyman was at my home the the next day and quietly bridged the gap. He also fixed a few other lil things around the property. He did an excellent job and with a smile on his face. Well done.

Submitting a maintenance request is easy! Being able to do it on-line makes is really convenient. The response time is quick! The job gets done by experts. No complaints.

As a tenant, my experience with Mercer Properties has been positive. Things have been drama free and they have gotten back to me whenever I reached out with questions.
